HOW TO JOIN:

Are you ready to make this holiday season the healthiest and happiest one yet? Join us for the Do Hard Things "12 Days of Fitmas" and let's spread the joy of fitness together!

  • Participants who actively engage in the daily challenges, share their progress on their personal Facebook Page, and use the campaign hashtag #12DaysofFitmasDHT are eligible to win a $100 gift certificate to the Do Hard Things online store.

  • You know your limitations, so please modify the challenge to suit your needs…although, we encourage you to push yourself at minimum 1% more than you would typically do. #dohardthings

  • Rucking is walking a set distance while carrying a weight in a backpack. If one of the challenges includes a Ruck (hint, hint) you can use any weight using any type of pack on your back.

  • Well, that’s the surprise! You won’t know until the morning of what your daily challenge will be! Daily Challenges will be announced by 1:00 AM CST via email and Facebook each morning.

  • This challenge is all for fun so participants can complete as many or as few as they would like.

  • Challenges can be done either inside or outside. We encourage running challenges to be outside, but a treadmill is a good alternative.
